This policy explains what Preloved Official Store collects, why, and what we do not do with it. It applies to this website and to the orders placed through it.
Who we are
Preloved Official Store, Culzado Building, opposite Mumtaz Restaurant, Jamal Noor Hospital Street, Dhoraji, Karachi. We also trade as ThriftStore.pk on Facebook; both pages are the same business and this website is the storefront for both.

What we collect
- When you order — your name, mobile number, province, city, area and full address. Email is optional and we ask for it only so we can send an order confirmation.
- When you create an account — the same details, kept so you do not have to type them again.
- When you use the site — a cookie that remembers your basket, and one that remembers items you save. Neither identifies you personally.
- When you contact us — whatever you choose to tell us in the message.
What we do with it
- To pack, despatch and deliver your order.
- To call you before delivery to confirm the address.
- To answer questions and handle returns, refunds and warranty claims.
- To keep the records a business is required to keep.
Who else sees it
- The courier — your name, address and mobile number, because they cannot deliver without them.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not pass your number to anyone who wants to market to you.
Payment information
We do not take card payments and we never see card details. Cash on Delivery is paid to the rider. EasyPaisa, JazzCash and bank transfers are made from your own app or bank to our account — we see only the payment confirmation you send us.
Nobody from Preloved Official Store will ever ask you for a PIN, an OTP, a card number or an account password. If someone claiming to be us asks for any of those, it is not us.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we may need them for accounting, returns and warranty claims. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete the account.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything wrong.
- Ask us to delete your account and its details, where we are not required to keep the record.
Message us on WhatsApp or email and we will deal with it.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your basket and saved items working, and to keep you signed in if you have an account. Blocking them in your browser will stop the basket working.
Children
This site is not intended for children. We sell baby products to adults.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page.
