These terms apply when you buy from Preloved Official Store. Placing an order means you accept them.
Who we are
Preloved Official Store, Culzado Building, opposite Mumtaz Restaurant, Jamal Noor Hospital Street, Dhoraji, Karachi. We also trade as ThriftStore.pk on Facebook; both are the same business.

What we sell
Imported baby care, electronics, kitchen appliances, household goods, personal care items, gaming and golf equipment, cycling goods, crockery and home decor. Most items are preloved; some are new and are labelled as such.
Everything is tested before listing and sold as it is. We do not repair or cosmetically improve stock. Each listing states the condition grade, any flaws we found, and where the item was imported from.
One of a kind
Most items are a single unit. Once sold, an item is gone and we usually cannot obtain another. Adding something to your basket does not reserve it — an item is yours when the order is placed.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable tax. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay; see our Shipping Policy. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it with you. We may decline an order — for example if the item turns out to be damaged, or we cannot verify the delivery address — and if we do, anything you have paid is refunded in full.
Payment
- Cash on Delivery — paid to the rider on arrival.
- EasyPaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer — paid from your own app or bank, with the confirmation screenshot sent to us on WhatsApp. These are manual methods: your order is held while we confirm the payment against our own account.
We do not accept card payments and never ask for card details, PINs or OTPs.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Where a courier is delayed we will tell you. See the Shipping Policy, including when a parcel may and may not be opened before payment.
Returns, refunds and warranty
Set out in full in our Return Policy, Refund Policy and Warranty Policy, which form part of these terms.
Accounts
An account is optional — you can order without one. If you create one, keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. We may close an account that is used fraudulently or abusively.
Accuracy
We describe and photograph every item as carefully as we can, including its faults. Colours can vary between screens. If a listing contains a genuine error we will correct it, and you may cancel an affected order.
Our liability
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the item and the delivery you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer law.
Intellectual property
The photographs, text and design on this site belong to Preloved Official Store. Please do not reuse them without asking. Brand names are the property of their owners and are used only to describe what an item is.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall to the courts of Karachi.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
